  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    We’re sure your doggo can’t wait to get their WAG treats! You can track the status of your order by logging into your account.

Once dispatched, you can also find your tracking number in your emails and track your order via FedEx here.

  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
    WAG packs and sends orders out from Chicago, Illinois. You can feel great knowing that your order has come right from the 'hood – it’s as speedy as it gets!

     

  • WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
    We use FedEx for all our orders across the United States. We can get your parcel delivered straight to your front door or to your PO box. If you have a specific delivery requirement, let us know so we can pass it onto FedEx. Please be aware that we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered in accordance with requirements, but once it is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery process is out of our control.

    During sale events, promotions or public holidays, there may be a delay on your order being shipped out. We appreciate your patience with us during that time!
